This is where Keywords and Meta Tags are used to direct search engine to sites or pages, not seen by actual site visitors. So, visitors see a different page and the search engine sees another. This is a Black Hat SEO technique and is deemed risky for use as those who take it up will be served the Google Death Penalty.
